國(guó)內(nèi)外新型煤化工及煤氣化技術(shù)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)分析

摘 要：分析和介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外煤化工發(fā)展概況和國(guó)內(nèi)新型煤化工技術(shù)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)；針對(duì)潔凈煤氣化技術(shù)的正確把握和準(zhǔn)確選擇，闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外18種煤氣化工藝的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、氣化效率、適用煤種和生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行效果；提出了選擇煤氣化技術(shù)的5項(xiàng)原則。

Dynamic Analysis for Development of New Type Coal Chemical-Engineering and Coal Gasification Technology at Home and Abroad

Abstract：Author has analyzed and introduced the developing situation for coal chemical-engineering at home and abroad and the developing tendency for new type coal chemical-engineering technology in China；in allusion to correct grasp and accurate selection of the clean coal gasification technology，author has described the technical features，gasification efficiency，suitable coal kind and production operation effect for the 18 kinds of cpal gasification process；has presented the 5 principles for selecting the coal gasification technology.

1 國(guó)內(nèi)外煤化工發(fā)展概況
煤化工是以煤為原料，經(jīng)過(guò)化學(xué)加工使煤轉(zhuǎn)化為氣體、液體、固體燃料以及化學(xué)品的過(guò)程。從煤的加工過(guò)程分類，主要包括干餾(含煉焦和低溫干餾)、氣化、液化和合成化學(xué)品等。在煤化工發(fā)展歷程中，煉焦是應(yīng)用最早的工藝，并且至今仍然是化學(xué)工業(yè)的重要組成部分。煤的氣化在煤化工中占有重要地位，用于生產(chǎn)各種氣體燃料，是潔凈的能源，有利于環(huán)境保護(hù)。煤氣化生產(chǎn)的合成氣是合成液體燃料等多種產(chǎn)品的原料。煤直接液化，即煤高壓加氫液化，可以生產(chǎn)人造石油和化學(xué)產(chǎn)品。在石油資源短缺時(shí)，煤的液化產(chǎn)品將替代目前的天然石油。
