摘 要:概述了GSP干煤粉氣化技術(shù)的發(fā)展、工藝和特點(diǎn),介紹了引進(jìn)該氣化技術(shù)建成的GSP干煤粉氣化裝置在試車過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的粉煤密相輸送不穩(wěn)定、點(diǎn)火燒嘴檢測(cè)不到火焰、水冷壁超溫和黑水系統(tǒng)工藝波動(dòng)大等主要問(wèn)題。采取相應(yīng)的整改措施后,單臺(tái)爐最長(zhǎng)運(yùn)行時(shí)間可達(dá)到63 h。
