摘 要:以河南某煤種為反應(yīng)原料,采用Aspen Plus流程模擬軟件對水煤漿氣化工藝過程進(jìn)行了流程模擬,考察分析了氣化爐內(nèi)的氧煤比和煤漿濃度等原料條件以及氣化溫度和壓力等操作條件對氣化反應(yīng)結(jié)果的影響,并將模擬結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,結(jié)果表明:模型基本正確,在誤差許可范圍內(nèi),模擬結(jié)果與氣化實驗結(jié)果基本一致;氧煤比、水煤漿濃度和氣化溫度是影響氣化反應(yīng)結(jié)果的主要因素;氣化壓力則對煤氣化反應(yīng)結(jié)果幾乎沒有影響,但是加壓氣化有利于降低后續(xù)工段合成氣壓縮能耗。
