摘 要：神華包頭煤氣化裝置采用美國(guó)GE水煤漿氣化工藝，7臺(tái)氣化爐，5開2備，是目前國(guó)內(nèi)規(guī)模最大的煤氣化裝置。GE水煤漿氣化爐為周期性運(yùn)行反應(yīng)爐，故其周期性檢修對(duì)裝置的長(zhǎng)周期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行至關(guān)重要。簡(jiǎn)述了GE水煤漿氣化裝置工藝流程；探討和總結(jié)了裝置各單元的檢修要點(diǎn)。
