摘 要：從機(jī)理、工況兩方面分析了180萬(wàn)t/a煤制甲醇項(xiàng)目之德士古水煤漿加壓氣化裝置水系統(tǒng)結(jié)垢、堵塞的原因；提出了安裝除氧器、使用高效絮凝劑、添加純堿降低水系統(tǒng)永久硬度等技改措施。結(jié)果表明：水系統(tǒng)結(jié)垢問(wèn)題得到了有效緩解。
