摘 要:介紹了灰渣粘溫特性對(duì)液態(tài)排渣氣化爐裝置運(yùn)行的影響,并利用灰渣粘溫特性差的原煤在航天粉煤加壓氣化中進(jìn)行了生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用探索,實(shí)踐結(jié)果表明航天爐能夠氣化灰渣粘溫特性差的原煤并實(shí)現(xiàn)氣化裝置的長(zhǎng)周期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

Application of Raw Coal with Poor Viscosity-Temperature Characteristics in the HT-L Gasifier

Abstract: Describe the impacts of the ash viscosity-temperature characteristics on the slagging gasifier,and gasify raw coal with poor ash viscosity-temperature characteristics in the HT-L pressurized gasifier to explore its production application. The experiment results show that the HT-L gasifier could gasify raw coal with poor ash viscosity-temperature characteristics and to achieve the gasifier long term stable operation.
