摘 要：介紹造氣油壓系統(tǒng)掉壓的原因，包括設(shè)計(jì)、技改配置不當(dāng)，油品、油溫方面的問(wèn)題，運(yùn)行過(guò)程中設(shè)備、機(jī)械故障等。

Treatment for Common Hydraulic System Pressure Decreasing in the Gasification Unit

Abstract：Describe the reasons for hydraulic system pressure decreasing in the gasification unit, these reasons inlcuding design, improper revamping configuration, the problems of oil quality and oil temperature, failure of equipment and machinery during operation etc.

油泵是造氣的心臟，要保障造氣工段生產(chǎn)平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行，首先必須在設(shè)計(jì)和技改時(shí)，充分考慮造氣生產(chǎn)能力的大小，閥門配置情況，為其配備合理的油壓設(shè)備，如油泵及電機(jī)、蓄能器、電磁換向閥及閥站、油缸、油管等，保證油壓系統(tǒng)可靠、配套、完善、規(guī)范、通用且具擴(kuò)展性；其次應(yīng)保證液壓油品質(zhì)及油溫的穩(wěn)定；還應(yīng)加強(qiáng)設(shè)備巡回檢查力度，對(duì)突發(fā)情況能正確快速處理；不誤操作。
水壓改油壓，手動(dòng)操作改為微機(jī)自動(dòng)控制，是造氣一次劃時(shí)代意義的技術(shù)革命，為造氣“三位一體”技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，為合成氨向大中型、大規(guī)模、集團(tuán)化發(fā)展作出了非凡貢獻(xiàn)。但在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中，因資金、技術(shù)等原因限制，導(dǎo)致油壓技術(shù)先天不足，或因設(shè)備技術(shù)不完善、安裝不合乎規(guī)范....
