摘 要：簡(jiǎn)要介紹了多噴嘴對(duì)置式水煤漿加壓氣化爐裝置閃蒸系統(tǒng)，對(duì)生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的蒸發(fā)熱水塔帶水、蒸發(fā)熱水塔管端盲板沖刷磨漏、真空閃蒸罐減壓閥后三通磨漏、黑水閃蒸管道出現(xiàn)結(jié)垢等常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。通過(guò)控制水質(zhì)、采用防磨材料和優(yōu)化工藝操作等措施，保證了閃蒸系統(tǒng)長(zhǎng)周期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
