煤漿濃度提高對(duì)氣化裝置的影響及經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)價(jià)

摘 要:介紹了煤漿濃度提高對(duì)多噴嘴水煤漿加壓氣化裝置的影響。通過對(duì)提濃前、后煤漿濃度、黏度、添加劑消耗、有效氣成分、爐溫等各工藝參數(shù)的變化進(jìn)行對(duì)比,進(jìn)而對(duì)有效氣產(chǎn)量、甲醇產(chǎn)量、比氧耗等影響作進(jìn)一步分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)煤漿提農(nóng)后對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的影響進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),為進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化工藝控制、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益提供依據(jù)。

Effect of Increase in Coal Slurry Concentration on Gasifier and Economk Appraisal

Abstract:The effect is noted of an increase in coal slurry concentration on the multi-nozzle coal-water slurry pressurized gasifier. A comparison is made of the change in process parameters,such as the concentration of coal slurry before and after evaporation,viscosity,additive consumption,available gas composition and gasifier temperature,and a further analysis is made of available gas output,methanol output,and specific oxygen consumption. On such a foundation,an evaluation is made on the effect of coal slurry concentration on economic benefit,providing the basis for further optimizing process control and improvement in economic benefit.
