淺析多噴嘴對(duì)置式水煤漿加壓氣化爐渣口堵塞原因及處理措施

摘 要:在多噴嘴對(duì)置式水煤漿加壓氣化技術(shù)中,由于噴嘴數(shù)量增加,氣化爐投煤量相應(yīng)增加,需由渣口排出的渣量也就相應(yīng)增多,容易出現(xiàn)渣口堵塞現(xiàn)象。堵煤主要由煤質(zhì)波動(dòng)、爐溫控制不當(dāng)、設(shè)備故障所引起。介紹了堵煤后系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的異常情況,并給出對(duì)應(yīng)措施。
