摘 要：簡要介紹了多噴嘴對置式水煤漿加壓氣化爐燃燒室內(nèi)襯耐火材料的結(jié)構(gòu)和選用原則，分析了耐火磚的蝕損機(jī)理、燒蝕模式及影響耐火磚使用壽命的因素，對提高耐火磚使用壽命的措施進(jìn)行了探討。目前，氣化爐拱頂耐火磚使用壽命已突破15000h，且仍有延長空間，耐火磚的蝕損速率明顯降低，為氣化系統(tǒng)的長周期、安全、穩(wěn)定、高效運(yùn)行奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
